CANCELLATION & APPOINTMENT POLICY Your appointment is very important to me, and each appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. I understand that schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes. You will receive a text/email confirmation when you book your appointment and another reminder 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. These reminders are provided as a courtesy. You are responsible for keeping track of your appointment and making any necessary changes in advance to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, or cancellation fees. ALL SERVICES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE. • Cancellations or appointment changes made less than 24 hours in advance: 50% of the scheduled service will be charged. • No-shows or cancellations made less than 1 hour before your appointment: 100% of the scheduled service will be charged. • Cancellations: Your deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited. • Unpaid cancellation fees: Clients with an outstanding cancellation fee will not be permitted to book future appointments until the balance has been paid in full.
